Key Stage 3 - 2014 Onwards Resources

Key Stage 3 - 2011-2013 Resources

Year 7 resources are divided into 6 big themes. There are a number of smaller enquiries which build towards answering the over arching enquiry.
  • How far did the Norman Conquest change England?
  • Why were people prepare to risk their lives fighting those in power?
  • Greed, Glory or God? Why is there still disagreement about Crusaders' motives?
  • Location, Location, Location: Which was the better place to live, London or Baghdad?
  • Say your prayers. How significant was the English Reformation?
  • Angry Aztecs! Is this fair?

  • Why is Cromwell still so controversial?
  • Should Britain apologise for its part in the Slave Trade?
